All guests are required to take out personal holiday insurance.
A fully refundable holding deposit of €100 is required on arrival to cover any breakages or damage that may occur during your stay.
To allow for heating costs this holding deposit will rise to €150 during the winter months - November to April. This is standard procedure in France.
At the end of your stay we will take a reading of the meters for the gite to allow us to accurately ascertain the fuel used during this time. You will then be billed at the going rate of the French energy suppliers.
This cost will be offset against your deposit and the remainder returned.
The gite must be left in the state that you find it.
Any damages will be deducted from the value of your deposit and in the case that the cost of damages exceeds the value of the deposit we will bill you directly to recover the monies lost.
Changeovers are usually on a Saturday and guests will be required to vacate the gite by 11am.
The gite will be available for new arrivals from 4pm. |
